Orders
Placing an order through this website creates a request, not a completed sale. We confirm stock, delivery time and payment with you on WhatsApp. An order is accepted when we confirm it in that conversation.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 15,000; a flat Rs 350 applies below that. Payment is cash on delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not collect card details on this website.
Delivery
We dispatch to the address you provide. Please check your phone number and address carefully — couriers may charge for a repeat delivery caused by incorrect details. Delivery estimates are indicative and can be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened, unused pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange collection. Refunds are made after the item is received and inspected. Installed items, custom orders and damaged items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Warranty
Panels carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress, incorrect wiring, unauthorised repair, or normal wear. Keep your order number for claims.
Installation and safety
Electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Follow the wiring instructions and switch off the circuit before installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside the product's rating.
Product images
We photograph real products, but screens and lighting can make finishes look slightly different. If an exact colour match matters, ask us for additional photos before ordering.
